Our Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) program fosters meaningful bonds between horses and seniors through:\n \n\nHands-on\, in-person experiential learning: Engage in ground-based\, unmounted activities that promote connection and trust with horses.\nLow-pressure interactions: Enjoy pleasant\, mindful interactions with horses in a safe and stimulating farm environment.\nSocialization and community building: Connect with others in the group through tea/coffee and refreshments.\nProviding opportunities for participants to connect with others in the group while enjoying tea\, coffee\, and refreshments.\n\nProgram Overview: Participants engage in activities such as grooming\, connecting with the horses\, observing and interpreting horse behaviour\, and participating in interactive\, horse-themed exercises. These sessions are designed to foster connection\, confidence\, communication\, and enjoyment in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) program fosters meaningful bonds between horses and seniors through:\n \n\nHands-on\, in-person experiential learning: Engage in ground-based\, unmounted activities that promote connection and trust with horses.\nLow-pressure interactions: Enjoy pleasant\, mindful interactions with horses in a safe and stimulating farm environment.\nSocialization and community building: Connect with others in the group through tea/coffee and refreshments.\nProviding opportunities for participants to connect with others in the group while enjoying tea\, coffee\, and refreshments.\n\nProgram Overview: Participants engage in activities such as grooming\, connecting with the horses\, observing and interpreting horse behaviour\, and participating in interactive\, horse-themed exercises. These sessions are designed to foster connection\, confidence\, communication\, and enjoyment in a supportive and inclusive environment. DESCRIPTION:This get-together enables senior community residents and friends of all faiths and persuasions to meet\, share\, and enjoy each others’ company.  The weekly coffee mornings vary in featuring fun activities\, music\, and/or speakers. as well as coffee\, teas and homemade baking.
