These conversations can help make sure that your wishes for your future personal health care are known and may bring peace of mind to you, your family and those who may have to make decisions on your behalf.
In this workshop, participants will be brought into facilitated group discussions about their values, wishes and beliefs as they relate to future personal care, and they will also learn how they can start these conversations with those closest to them.
