Seniors Tales At Sunset(STAS)
Seniors Tales At Sunset (STAS) is a unique intergenerational experience that brings seniors and youth together through storytelling, creativity, games, and meaningful connection.
At STAS, seniors are invited to share stories from their lived experiences, moments of resilience, lessons learned, cultural memories, and life journeys while youth engage, listen, and learn across generations.
This year’s program will also feature:
Fibre Artistry: Crocheting for Mental Resilience – exploring how creativity and hands-on artistry can support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and connection
Live Story-to-Art Experience – where stories shared during the event are transformed into visual art in real time
Rhythms Across Generations – a light and joyful music and movement experience
Interactive games, conversation, and social connection over dinner and pizza.
STAS is designed to reduce isolation, encourage self-expression, and strengthen mental resilience through community engagement and shared experiences.
Whether you enjoy storytelling, crocheting, arts, games, or simply connecting with others in a welcoming environment, STAS offers a space where every voice and every generation matters.
