She is the co-founder of Music and Memory Junction (formerly known as Seniors Junction), which utilizes nostalgia-based music engagement to enhance cognitive and emotional well-being in older adults. A published poet and educator, Namrata blends science, creativity, and cultural insight to reimagine how we care for seniors worldwide.

- This presentation will share how Music and Memory Junction has curated dementia-friendly musical programming for seniors, which combines music with lifelong learning and cognitive stimulation activities, making the program entertaining, engaging, educational, and empowering across all levels of cognition.
