The FREE 5-day Healthier New You Fitness Challenge for Adults 50+

EXCITING NEWS!

 

The Healthier New You 5-Day Fitness Challenge is coming up soon!! We’ve been running 5-day fitness challenges for adults 50+ and seniors for the past few years, and we are really excited for this one! 

 

Why? 

 

*The new year is a time when many people just like you choose to focus on their health, but often wonder what exercises are best to do for their age-group. We have chosen exercises that are safe for you even if you have Osteoporosis, have a medical condition, or haven’t moved in a while.

 

*By mid- February many people already start to lose motivation to stay active. We are excited to show you how to get and stay motivated…even when it’s tough.

 

*In Ottawa (as we know) it’s cold and snowy out, so having an indoor workout is essential to maintain strength and movement during the winter season! Did you know, that 15-minutes of movement can help you feel mentally and physically better? We’ll prove it!

 

 

If you are ready to start off 2025 focused on better health, more strength, improved energy, and better balance, then you will LOVE the 5- day fitness challenge, hosted by Meg Stickl, Owner and Founder of AIM Fitness! 

 

You can join in for a FUN 15-minute workout and motivational fitness tip daily! We will be emailing out the workouts each day. All you need is a chair and some weights (or cans), and a resistance band! 

 

 

The FREE challenge runs:

February 17-21, Monday-Friday, with the workout emailed out daily at 9am (EST)!
