A Note About COVID-19

Everyone is feeling the impact of the current pandemic situation. Mental health is not something you are struggling with alone. Although circumstances are difficult, we are all making our best efforts to keep ourselves and those we love safe and healthy. Give yourself credit for your efforts to stop the spread of COVID 19 and reach out if you feel you need more support or are worried about your own mental health. Recognize as well, that our recovery when the pandemic is over may take some time. We need to give ourselves permission to take the time and steps necessary for our own recovery process.
