Senior Fitness: Stay Active, Stay Connected

Our Senior Fitness sessions are all about keeping your body moving and your spirits high! Each class is designed to be fun, engaging, and tailored to support strength, balance, and mobility—so you can continue doing the things you love, confidently.

After each session, relax and recharge with coffee, a light snack, and great conversation. It’s more than just exercise—it’s about building friendships and staying socially connected.

Why it matters:
Regular physical activity is essential for maintaining independence, improving mood, and reducing the risk of chronic illness. Just as important is staying socially active, which supports mental and emotional well-being.
