• reflect on the key ideas that we explored in the Smart Aging Program
• review and celebrate both your accomplishments and your work-in-progress
• commit to taking action on what you have learned
• commit to taking action on sharing your success with others

We encourage all Smart Aging graduates to:

• stay in touch with others from the course to help stay on track and maintain connections
• review the elective options for additional workshops
• consider taking the course again down the road when circumstances change and new things are more relevant for you
• keep up the great work on your commitments
• recommend the course to a friend
