Looking for Seniors who Love Theatre!

Burning Passions Theatre is looking for seniors interested in being part of a new community-engaged theatre project, Seniors Sharing Stories.
Together we will create a short play about the challenges, hopes and dreams of low-income elders. Too many seniors’ lives are marginalized and kept out of the spotlight and we intend to change that. There’s no experience necessary to join!
We would love to hear from you if you enjoy acting, stage managing, making props or costumes, and working together to create an artistic project.
We will meet twice a week between starting the week of April 15 until the last week of May, with two performance dates.
Rehearsals and performances will all be held at the Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre. You’ll meet new friends, learn new skills, and create something of lasting benefit to the community.
