Each day of the challenge, you’ll receive a short 6-10-minute workout video right in your inbox. These short, easy-to-follow workouts are designed specifically for adults 50+ and will help make everyday tasks — like getting out of a low car, traveling, gardening, or walking up stairs — easier and more manageable.
