Join us to learn about heart valve disease, care and treatment options. Hear from University of Ottawa Heart Institute experts and patient partners about their experience with heart valve disease.

Agenda

• 3 to 5:30 p.m.: Guest speakers, live panel and interviews with multidisciplinary health care providers and patient partners.
• 5:30 to 6 p.m.: Break (we provide a light dinner for in-person participants*).
• 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Tour the educational booths and meet allied healthcare professionals.

* A light dinner is offered to the first 100 in-person registrants only. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.
