Free All-Day Health Fair
Seminars: heart valve disease, medication safety, Ontario Health @Home services, the importance of community for mental health, strength & balance fitness, wellness benefits of bird-watching (including an opportunity for further bird-watching activity to enjoy).
3 clinics: blood pressure, foot care, hearing evaluation. Must register for clinics: phone 613-580-2980 or in person Kanata Seniors Centre front desk
