Catherine Bennett, Community Engagement Lead with BuildABLE, will teach you ways to make your home safer for you and your loved ones. She will show you that grab bars can be attractive while still maintaining their function. She will help you prevent falls, which will allow you to maintain your independence and stay safe in your home for years to come.

Michelle Bourdeau, Older Adults Fitness Expert and Head Trainer, from AIM Fitness, will show you how to build up strength in order to prevent falls and how to get down on the floor and back up on your own.
