Presentation by CNEO/211 and Ontario Caregivers Organization

Participants will have the opportunity to:

· Walk through potential navigation needs, including frequent needs and unmet needs tracked in the Ottawa area.

· Gain an understanding of N11 numbering systems and when to call them.

· Review the no-cost programs and services that are offered, and how Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario/211 and the Ontario Caregiver Organization work together.

· Learn more about caregiving experiences and the impact of caregiving.

· Build an understanding of the navigation tools and services available through Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario 211 and the Ontario Caregiver Organization.
