Guest speaker Ruth Lewis-Tratch, Wellness Coach and owner of Radiant Horizons Wellness, is here to help! She’ll guide you through smart nutrition choices and show you how high-quality supplements can fill in the gaps, so you can feel youthfulvibrant, and full of energy—the right way.

Stay for a Q&A session to get your questions answered and gain a clearer understanding of the best ways to support your health after 50.

Followed by some good stretches for you to add to your daily routine with Michelle Bourdeau, head trainer at AIM Fitness.
