Join the FREE 3-Day Fitness Challenge for people with Osteoporosis!
Improve your bone and muscular strength by following along with 15-minute weight-bearing workouts led by Meg Stickl, CEO and Older Adults’ Fitness Expert, from AIM Fitness. Meg has worked with people with Osteoporosis for many years, and is a Bonefit Trained Instructor.
People who have low bone density, are more prone to falls and fractures. Your best defense against a fall, is to exercise regularly!
Exercise in the comfort of your own home during the Fitness Challenge. All are welcome to participate, even if you haven’t been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. Meg will lead you through exercises designed to improve your strength, and she will give both options for beginners and those more advanced.
All you’ll need for the Challenge are a set of dumbbell weights and a chair! You will receive your first workout emailed out to you on Monday, November 11th!
The Challenge takes place November 11-15th, 2024.
