Home and Community Support Discussion

Join us for a discussion of Home and Community Care Support presented by the Seniors Health Innovations Hub. A panel of experts will explain how one gets the services required to age at home. There will be a dialogue at the end of the session about how communities can develop innovations locally that may improve home care and support delivery.
