​​In this workshop, Dr. Gupta will explore how the brain changes with age and the science behind ​memory, highlighting key factors that influence cognitive function. ​You’ll also be introduced to a comprehensive Memory Tool Kit, featuring practical strategies and ​techniques to support memory retention, concentration, and overall cognitive vitality.

Dr. Shilpi Gupta is a scientist with a Ph.D. in cancer biology and decades of experience in biomedical research. Her work has focused on tumor resistance and relapse mechanisms, as well as the impact of cancer and obesity-related type 2 diabetes on the immune system. With numerous peer-reviewed publications, including reviews and book chapters, she has a deep understanding of human physiology, disease mechanisms, and aging. As the founder of Curious and Creative Lab, Dr. Gupta leverages her extensive scientific expertise to make complex health topics clear and accessible. Her work centers on Healthy Aging and Women’s Health, translating cutting-edge research into practical strategies for well-being.
