During the presentation, Daniel will cover a brief overview of 211, how it works, and how it can help you and yours. Stephanie will cover: Who the CAFC is, tools of the fraudsters which will include the top solicitation methods and the top payment methods, top reported frauds, the impact of fraud, how to report fraud and what to do if you’re a victim.

Stephanie Senecal

“Stephanie Senecal is an OPP civilian member and the Senior Support Coordinator at the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. She manages a team of senior volunteers who do call backs to senior victims of fraud, who input fraud data and who also do fraud prevention presentations to the public.  Stephanie also presents on a regular basis and assists law enforcement with their senior victims of fraud.”

Daniel Danford Dussault

Daniel been working in the community sector in Canada and abroad for the past 12 years, having studied communications and languages.  He is passionate about information and referral, technology solutions, and about empowering people to find the right resources.
