The overall objective of the Smart Aging course is to better equip individuals to navigate life transitions in senior years. Each week, participants will take an active role in preparing for these transitions by assigning themselves homework on the topic presented.

Workbook Pickup
Local Workbook Pickup: Those who wish to pick up their workbook can do so by dropping by the Council on Aging of Ottawa’s office by appointment during our regular scheduled hours. To view our hours and location, click here. To schedule a pickup, email us here.
Delivery of Workbook Within the City of Ottawa: For those living within the City of Ottawa, a flat fee of $5 will be charged for delivery.
Delivery of Workbook Outside of the City of Ottawa: For those living outside of the City of Ottawa, the cost of delivery will be charged to the recipient.
