Dr. Gupta will discuss common joint issues, their causes, and risk factors, helping you understand how ​to protect and care for your joints. Learn evidence-based strategies to reduce pain, improve ​mobility, and support joint health, including targeted exercises, joint-friendly nutrition, and ​lifestyle adjustments. Gain expert-backed insights to keep your joints strong and flexible for ​years to come.

Dr. Shilpi Gupta is a scientist with a Ph.D. in cancer biology and decades of experience in biomedical research. Her work has focused on tumor resistance and relapse mechanisms, as well as the impact of cancer and obesity-related type 2 diabetes on the immune system. With numerous peer-reviewed publications, including reviews and book chapters, she has a deep understanding of human physiology, disease mechanisms, and aging.

As the founder of Curious and Creative Lab, Dr. Gupta leverages her extensive scientific expertise to make complex health topics clear and accessible. Her work centers on Healthy Aging and Women’s Health, translating cutting-edge research into practical strategies for well-being.
